Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Delivery Timeframe
All orders within the UAE are delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
- The item was purchased at the regular (non-sale) price
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery
Refunds on Discount Coupon Orders
If you purchased a product using a discount coupon or promotional code, you are still eligible to request a return, subject to all standard eligibility conditions above.
Please note: for orders placed with a discount coupon, the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
Example — UAE orders: a standard delivery charge of 25 AED will be deducted from your refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For customers who choose the Cash on Delivery payment option, the following applies:
- A non-refundable advance booking fee of 50 AED is required at the time of checkout to confirm and reserve your order.
- Upon delivery, you pay only the remaining balance — your total order value minus the 50 AED already paid.
- In other words, you will pay 50 AED less at the door than your full order total.
The 50 AED advance is applied toward your total order value and is not an additional charge.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund appears.
- If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@versoparnell.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded. This applies to all items purchased during a promotion, clearance event, or at a marked-down price.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at info@versoparnell.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with the return address and next steps.
Gift Purchases
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first at info@versoparnell.com and we will provide you with the return address.
Please note the following:
- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Delivery times for returned items to reach us will vary depending on your location.
- For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
