Yes. It runs on the Seiko NH70A automatic movement, which winds itself through the motion of your wrist. There is no battery.
Is the Silverera good for daily wear?
Yes. The 316L steel case and bracelet resist corrosion and sweat, the sapphire crystal resists scratches, and the 5 ATM rating covers rain, hand washing and light surface swimming in a pool. It is not designed for diving.
How accurate is the Silverera?
Like most automatic watches in this class, it typically runs within about 15 to 30 seconds per day, and a watchmaker can regulate it further.
How do I care for it?

Care & Maintenance
Wipe your watch with a soft, dry microfibre cloth after wear, especially after heat, sweat or sand. Steel bracelets can be rinsed with fresh water and dried straight away; rubber straps can be cleaned with mild soap.
