At Verso Parnell, we maintain strict quality standards for our luxury products. To ensure operational efficiency and fairness, the following return and exchange conditions apply:

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within the specified return window (as per our return policy)
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact

2. Return Charges (UAE Orders)

• A return handling fee of AED 25 will be applicable on all approved returns
• This amount will be deducted from the refund or charged during the return process

3. Discounted & Coupon Code Orders

• Orders purchased using discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes are NOT eligible for returns
• Such orders are only eligible for exchange, subject to product availability

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Return Policy

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable AED 50 advance fee will be required to initiate any return or exchange request
• This amount helps cover logistics and handling costs

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for:
  • Size issues
  • Product defects (if applicable)
  • Eligible promotional purchases (exchange only)
• Exchanges are processed after the original product is received and inspected

6. Important Notes

• Returns or exchanges requested without prior approval may not be accepted
• Verso Parnell reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet quality conditions
• Shipping timelines for exchanges follow standard delivery timelines
